Delivery choices and charges for a supported United States address are calculated in checkout.

Preparation and carrier travel

After payment is authorized, we normally prepare an order in 1–2 business days. Estimated transit begins after dispatch and takes 4–6 business days. Carrier disruption, weather and holidays can extend those estimates.

Delivery assistance

Check the complete address before submitting the order. For stalled tracking, missing delivery or transit damage, write to chavezwong1509762@gmail.com with the order and tracking references, and retain useful packaging and photographs.

Obtain approval under our Refund Policy before mailing goods back.
