What is the delivery estimate?

Order preparation ordinarily takes 1–2 business days after authorization, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit after dispatch.

Can eligible goods be returned?

Yes. We accept eligible new defective and non-defective returns and exchanges when requested within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item must be unused.

How is a return mailed?

Secure approval and follow the confirmed instructions. Use the free prepaid label included in the parcel. There is no restocking fee, and an approved refund is initiated within 10 days.
