Refund Policy

Eligible new merchandise may be returned whether defective or non-defective, and exchanges are accepted. Begin the request within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item must remain new and unused.

Approval before mailing

Email chavezwong1509762@gmail.com with the order number, purchase email and reason. Include clear images for damage, defects, an incorrect item or missing contents. Wait for approval and the confirmed return instructions before posting anything.

Return label and fees

A free prepaid return label is included inside the parcel for an eligible return. Ask us if it cannot be found. We charge no restocking fee. An exchange remains subject to review and stock.

Refund timing

We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank or issuer may take additional time to post it. Rights provided by applicable law remain available.
